  • Whole vehicle wheel refinishing can often be completed in as little as 2–3 days with a 10% deposit and scheduled appointment.

  • Some finishes require additional coating stages.

    Two-step and specialty colors include:

    • Clear coats
    • Translucent finishes
    • Candy colors
    • Anodized-style finishes

These coatings typically require a two-stage application process and carry a 50% additional charge.

These colors are marked with an asterisk (*) on the color charts.

  • Cast aluminum and magnesium wheels can experience out-gassing or bubbling during curing due to material porosity.

While every precaution is taken during preparation and pre-baking, Bonehead Performance Coatings cannot guarantee the elimination of bubbling caused by porous substrates.

  • We no longer service chrome plated wheels.

Chrome plating is a bonded metal layer rather than a removable coating and cannot be reliably stripped for powder coating.

  • All wheels must be free of tires unless mounting services are selected.

    Additional charges may apply if:

    • Tires must be removed
    • Parts require additional cleaning or repair
    • Previous coatings are excessively thick

  • All prices listed are starting estimates only.

Final pricing may vary based on:

    • Wheel condition
    • Existing coatings
    • Size and complexity
    • Required prep work

All projects are subject to inspection upon arrival.
